Lunch Bunch Groups

Small groups are a way for students to practice more closely the skills done in the large setting. As with learning anything new, practice, practice, practice!!!

Small groups are held during lunch periods & are grade specific.

Topics include:
Anger Management: Students will learn to identify signs and coping strategies for their anger.

Social Skills: Students will learn how to interact with peers and build self-confidence.

Friendship: Students will learn to make new friends and how to make conversations.

Stress Management: Students will identify signs of stress and how to cope with it in healthy ways.

Behavior/Self Control: Students will learn appropriate behaviors in the school setting.

Feelings: Students will identify their feelings and how to cope with their emotions.

Study Skills: Students will identify test taking and helpful study strategies.

Dealing with Changes: Students will have a safe place to share their feelings regarding life changes and develop postive coping skills.
