I started teaching at Brooklyn HIgh School as an Intervention Specialist in 2013 for the 2013-14 school year. I was a co-teacher in several differnt levels of math classes. This year, 2014-15, I am co-teaching in two Pre-Algebra classes as well as a World History and a US history class. Last year was my first year teaching since this is a career change for me. After graduating from The Ohio State University with my B.A in English I worked at different retail stores as a manager. I decided to change my career path in 2010 and started taking classes at Cleveland State University to earn my license to be an Interventionist in grades K-12 for students with Mild to Moderate Disabilites and my Master's in Curriculum and Instruction in Mild to Moderate Disabilites. I finished my student teaching in December of 2012, received my license in March of 2013, and I completed my Master's in August of 2014.
