Parents and Families,
As we enter the fall season, we have had many accomplishments throughout the last two months. We opened the school year with all students learning in the remote setting and attending classes on a daily basis. We successfully transitioned to our Hybrid model with students being taught both synchronously and asynchronously, while having some students remote and others in-person. Our teachers have worked to ensure that remote and in-person students are receiving the quality instruction we expect. We have held events in which students and families have followed protocols to keep our community and students safe. Our families have made countless sacrifices to support our students. I’m proud to say that all members of our school community have successfully kept our decision-making purpose clear, and that is to safely and effectively support the success of ALL of OUR kids!
As we look further into the fall and winter season, we will continue to follow the Hybrid model. This model continues to allow our students a routine to achieve success. All students should continue to check in with their teachers on Wednesdays to get any help they need. We are nearing the end of the fall sports season and will soon start our winter sports training. Thank you to all the athletes, coaches, and families for their hard work and support as we have transitioned throughout the season. I encourage the winter sports teams to continue to be flexible and work hard. We are also approaching play tryouts and are excited to see our students begin the rehearsal process for what is always a great show. While we may not know what the future will hold, we will continue to celebrate the positives of today and work in preparation for tomorrow.
