Brooklyn students, families, and community members explored new career opportunities at the district’s first annual College and Career Resource Fair on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the High School. The event featured approximately forty participating businesses, organizations, and colleges. Featured businesses included Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, U.S. Armed Forces, skilled trades, First Energy, and Swagelok. Participating Ohio colleges and universities included Kent State University, Ohio Technical College, Cleveland State University, Youngstown State University, and Walsh University, and many more. Brooklyn Career Connections Academy seniors did an excellent job volunteering throughout the evening and proudly represented the Brooklyn School community. A special thank you to Supriya Culliton, Coordinator of Student Programs, for her efforts in organizing and helping to make the College and Career Resource Fair a success for our students, families, and community.
