BHS Students Receive Awards at Regional BPA Competition

Polaris Regional

Brooklyn High School was proudly represented at the recent Business Professionals of America (BPA) regional competition held at Polaris Career Center and Lorain County Community College Ridge Campus in North Ridgeville in early February 2020.  All participating students are enrolled in the Polaris Broadcasting & Video Production, Business Professional & Office Technology, Computer Networking Academy and Marketing & Entrepreneurship programs.  Congratulations to the following Brooklyn students who competed at this year’s competition:

BPA is the leading Career Technical Student Organization for students pursuing careers in business management, information technology (IT), office administration and other related career fields.   In all, 49 Polaris students, including BHS students Jessica Jasilionis, Kevin Mei, Alonah Jackson and Halima Hudson will advance to compete at the state level in Columbus on March 13-14, 2020.  Congratulations to all participating students, including our state qualifiers!
