Brooklyn Students Begin First Week of 2020 to 21 School Year with Remote Learning

Brooklyn City Schools Logo

Students in the Brooklyn City Schools officially began the 2020-21 school year with remote learning on Tuesday, September 8, 2020. While the start to the new school year was unlike any previous school year, students were welcomed back with smiles, energy, and excitement by the district’s dedicated teachers and staff. The District will continue in the remote learning model through September and will reassess its reopening status in light of current health conditions. Thank you to the entire Hurricane Nation, including students, staff, and families for your continued support, patience, and flexibility as we move forward together during this challenging time. Go Hurricanes!
