Hurricanes Welcomed Back for 2021 to 22 School Year

Brooklyn faculty and staff proudly welcomed students in grades 1-12 back for the start of the 2021-22 school year on Monday, August 30th. Superintendent Dr. Theodore Caleris and other district administrators were also present to greet students as they arrived for the start of a new school year. Brooklyn School incoming Principal Johnny Bollin greeted parents and students during morning arrival time. Overall, a great deal of excitement and energy was felt throughout the district as students returned to school in-person and on a full-time basis. Brooklyn Kindergarten students will begin their academic journey on Tuesday, August 31st. The Brooklyn City Schools is proud to welcome back our Hurricane Family and looks forward with anticipation to another year of learning, growth, and achievement! Go Hurricanes!
