• Attention:

    In response to the coronavirus outbreak, the Brooklyn City School District will remain closed now through the end of the 2019-2020 school year per Governor DeWine’s order. The District will provide additional information on end of the year announcements over the next several weeks. Brooklyn High School Students Named to National Technical Honor Society

Thirteen Brooklyn High School students were recently inducted into the Polaris Career Center Chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS), the country’s highest award for excellence in career and technical education. A total of ninety Polaris students were recognized and included those who attend classes at Polaris Career Center and pupils who take satellite courses on the campus of their partner high school.  Recipients were evaluated based on scholarship, service, leadership and character, as well as met the requirements of earning all A’s in his or her Polaris program, maintaining a 95 percent or higher attendance rate, and maintaining a 3.0 accumulative grade point average.
